Inside Sales for HVAC and Hydronic Market (Entry Level) ()
Principle Responsibilities / Duties
Use the opportunity of passive incoming calls to actively generate leads.
Staying up to date on all new product offerings and changes in existing products and continuously striving to learn the technical aspect of all products offered.
Provide customer service by telephone, and email.
Working closely with outside sales and all departments in the organization to help achieve the company’s goals and objectives.
The basic function is to sell our geothermal heating and cooling systems and services for fire protection and domestic water systems.
Other duties as assigned
Requirements and Skills
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
General computer experience
Working knowledge of fire pumps and hydronic equipment and applications or ability to learn
Statistical and analytical knowledge using general business and math skills
Ability to prioritize tasks according to company goals and objectives
Technical ability to gather customer requirements and propose appropriate products and / or solution
A zeal to learn every aspect of the business.
Education – High School Graduate, some College
Experience- 1-3 years of pump experience
