Anonymity

The employer's identity will remain anonymous until such time as the employer and potential candidate agree to an interview. Only then, will the employer & candidate be made aware of the identity of each party.

No Placement Fee Due Until 91st Day of Employment

Employers don't owe any placement fee until the new hire reaches their 91st day of employment. The employer gets to evaluate the new hire fee free for the first 90 days.

  • Clients/Employers use a drop down template to identify relevant attributes of the candidates (candidates resumes have identical drop downs)
  • First pass candidate filter will reveal best matches
  • Best match candidates will be submitted to client for their review
  • Client will then select candidates for interview
  • Last Planet will contact potential candidates to ascertain their interest
  • Last Planet will then reveal company's identity
  • If interested, Last Planet will give pertinent info to company to contact candidate directly

90 Day "Fee Free Look"

In the event a candidate is hired from Last Planet:
  • Employers get a "free look" at new hires for 90 days before a fee is due
  • The fee for candidate hire is 10% of the base salary
  • Last Planet will do a 30, 60 and 90 day follow-up
  • Invoice will be generated on the 91st day

Interview Credits:
  • If you interview our candidate for a permanent position & don't hire one of our candidates for that position you will receive a credit of 1/4% of the base Salary (To be applied toward your next permanent hire from The Last Planet.)
